Studied psychology and business. It turns out reading a room and knowing how to sell yourself are very closely aligned.
The problem

Inherited a multi-million territory that was quietly churning.

What I did

Rebuilt the retention motion around the moments that actually lose customers, not the ones on the dashboard.

The result

Took renewal to 99.4% and grew the book past £5M.
